Asian Inspired Tuna with "Everything Coleslaw"

After watching an ahi tuna Iron Chef this weekend, David and I decided that we needed to have tuna for dinner.  We weren't near Fish City, so we had to get it at the local grocery store.  Previously frozen, average tuna wasn't quite as mouth-watering as the fresh fish we had seen filleted on television, so we needed something to really jazz it up. Enter the Asian inspired "Everything Slaw" with grilled lime and cilantro:

This could also be called the "Hey Look I Have a Mandolin Slaw".  I ran red onion, green cabbage, carrots and green apple through the mandolin so everything was paper thin.  I added chives, mango, cilantro and black sesame seeds. I made a dressing with rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, red chili flake, a pinch of sugar and salt & pepper. Everything marinated in the fridge for a few hours.  I took the leftover dressing and marinated the tuna for about a half hour as well.  So the flavors were throughout the entire dish. David grilled the tuna and the limes and dinner was ready to go! Light, crunchy, salty, tangy, and sweet. Delicious!
