Winter Scenes
They drove south one winter until they could stand outside with no coats on & we never saw them again. - Brian Andreas
Here are a few of my "winter" photos that I finally got off the camera. The Oakes Home Sweet Home at 8 Cottage Lane during the holidays. I took this right before I left for Christmas vacation in Texas (back when the bitter cold and wet snow were "festive").

Shoveling the drive is a way of life around here. People of ALL AGES (and I mean that literally, from kids I think are too small to be working to grown-ups I think are too old to be in it, are out shoveling their drive and taking out the trash and waiting for the bus...) Life doesn't stop for a little snow.

Some views from my yard, David's and his parent's too. That "blue grey" feel to the photos is so accurate. It leads to that "blue grey" feeling in your head by January.
