Happy 4th Everyone!!



There is so much going on here, I haven't had time to stop and post for those back in New England. I've been to the Gold Class movies...SO FUN!! (A complete blog in and of itself.) We've been shopping for everything from clothes to food at all the re-sale shops, little boutiques, Central Market and even a new local farmer's market. We've re-decorated Mom's office. Ate tons of good "Texas" food. Played with the kids. Visited with the Moore's. Caught up on stories and had tons of laughs. Drank tons of Starbucks. Can't wait to see what the next fews days hold. The weather has been un-seasonably cool. I do miss the sun, but can't complain...it could be in the 100's. Happy 4th to all the Oakes up north and I'll be home in a few days! ;)

Wait! It's finally "your" weather up here and you're in Texas! In the 90's through Weds. at least!! We're working on Dave for a Red's day. Hope you are enjoying EVERY minute with family!

P.S. Did you also get beaten by the one non Asian woman at the nail place in Hebron and nearly molested by the husband?!? We have to start going together so we can at least give "eyes" to each other and laugh!

1. Yeah, it's been cool and rainy - nice for everyone here in Texas glad to escape the heat. 2. He won't go for a day; only a weekend. 3. Ummm.....yeah...sounds like we should talk! ha ;)
