Lunch

Having a ball here in Texas! One thing I really wanted when I came in the summer was a good watermelon. We went to Whole Foods and combed through the bin looking for one with a dirty, white side that sounded hollow when you thumped it - oh and of course WITH seeds - the way God made them! ;) Found the perfect one. Kept it in the car and garage so it would stay warm (just like when we were pulling one out of the garden in Rochelle.) Mom put the knife in to cut it and it "popped" and cracked. PERFECT! It was so good. We ate the hearts right out for lunch. One of the perks to surviving the Texas in July heat! Yumm!
