A-Rod go, you're right dear.  Yes, I love my red Yankees ball cap you gave me before you got on the plane to go back to CT. Yes, I wore it all the time. Go Yankees!


But,  I can't STAND A-Rod!  Ugh...... I love you, The Great State of Texas....and Nolan....and mostly Mary who is so excited......GO RANGERS!

But...I mean....go Yankees too.  Oh, maybe I'll just go watch Rachael Ray! Sammies anyone?

First of all; what are Sammies? Secondly, Aunt Mary is yelling, "Right...Nobody can stand A-Rod!!" And aren't we glad Nolan Ryan bought the Rangers instead of, Ugh, Mark Cuban. Otherwise, the Yankees would be a rich, spoiled baseball team and the Rangers would have been owned by a rich, spoiled owner. Thank goodness Nolan got the franchise. Wish we could see you and hear David yell, "Nooooooooooooooo." a whole bunch. ;-) But imagination is not the same as being with you two. Wish we were there.

Not a Rachael Ray fan? Ha....She has her own lingo: EVOO, Stoups, Sammies, the GB, etc. Sammies are sandwiches.

I have to agree with Mary. I was listening to a Ticket ipod and they talking in England about the Liverpool team and Tom Hicks, etc. What a bad egg. I'm so glad it's part Nolan's success too!

Wish we could be there this weekend for the big victory! But we love the calls and comments and emails...keep 'em coming!

Well, congratulations are certainly in order! You should be proud of your team. It is not easy beating the Yankees and you guys did a great job!!! I am now officially rooting For the "Texas Rangers" to win it all.

PS. I will be checking the mail everyday for my Texas Rangers American League Champions shirt and hat. :-) I plan on making good on my promise!!!
