Day Three & Four Without Power

Tuesday and so far today, have been without incident. We are starting to get the hang of this power outage (with Dan and Linda's help). They got power back, so last night we were able to take a shower and use a blow dryer and curlers and all. Today is my first day back to work out of a baseball hat. Here is how we look now:

(This blog writing was interrupted by a phone call from David. David called the electric company and we will probably be out of power until Saturday at the earliest. OH NO!! Suddenly I'm not so in the mood for my light hearted "we'll get power back soon" blog.)

Things are getting a little boring around here! After the fire alarm woke us up at 4:30am because there was a "low battery", we spent the wee hours of the morning making animal shadows on the ceiling. Yep, that's what it's come to around here. Fun with flashlights.
