Dinner Tonight: Asparagus Tarts
I know, I know. These are all over Pinterest and food blogs right now, but I had to try one too! They looked SO GOOD. I took the puff pastry and poked it with fork to make a square. Sprinkled the pastry dough with salt and pepper and garlic. Then added gruyere cheese and asparagus. I brushed the crust with an olive oil/egg mixture with a tiny amount of honey. Baked at 400 for 20 minutes. SO GOOD! We loved it. David grilled some sea bass and that was dinner tonight. Delicious!
