Stuffed Bread For Dinner
We had leftover short ribs and tomatoes, so instead of throwing it out or eating yet another plate of pasta, I decided to use it for stuffed bread.
I formed it like a meatloaf and wrapped it in pizza dough. I brushed the crust with olive oil and sprinkled it with salt, pepper, garlic, poppy seeds and parmesan. Then I baked it on 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. (It took a while to get the center dough cooked through.)
Slice and serve with marinara for dipping and a green salad. YUMMY!
