Over The Rainbow
Snack for the kids this morning: Jell-o rainbows (served with a whipped cream "cloud" on top).
A few notes: This took one large box (8 servings) of each color and I made 15 of these in the small-sized plastic cups. You could get 20-30 servings easy by making shorter layers. They were too big for the little ones. They ate about half of the cup.
Also, if I did them again, I start with the blue and end with the red layer on top. The kids seemed to want to the red layer.
Using the fast set method, they took about 20-30 minutes a layer to set. So easy, but you need the time.
