Sunday Morning Trees

This was an easy and fun idea for Sunday morning.  Use painter's tape to put up contact paper BACKWARDS so the sticky side is facing out.  I put the tree trunks on the paper and let the kids put the leaves on the trees.  

We gently placed the leaves ....  threw the leaves like it was windy .... put leaves on the ground and all around.  

I'm not sure what I would have done without Pinterest.  I would have NEVER thought is this,  But they had a good time. I think having a TON of leaves was key. They dumped them in and out of the basket too.  But most made it to the board.
