Thursday Night Dinner
I LOVE chimichurri! I don't have a real recipe, but I personally like it garlicky and spicy! I chopped up a bunch of parsley, a bunch of cilantro, some oregano and two big cloves of garlic. I add vinegar, lime juice and olive oil, red pepper flakes and salt.
I think it's best on a big fatty rare steak, but tonight we had chicken on the grill with some roasted asparagus.
Dinner at our house tonight. Now off to watch 500 Questions!
