Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad
For dinner we had smoked salmon caesar salad with "homemade" brioche croutons and parmesan shavings. YUM!! I bought some sweet brioche and cubed it up and tossed it with olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt & pepper. Baked for 10 minutes at 375. The croutons were crunchy on the outside with a slight char yet still a little soft in the middle. Delicious! Fast, easy and on the table in 20 minutes. That's something I definitely need now that I get home an hour later from work.
