Pappardelle With Lamb and Ricotta

I made a mess of a lamb leg I tried to cook over the weekend. Despite the nail biting and digital thermometer, it was a flop.  So, I chopped it up and made a rich lamb sauce to serve over pappardelle for dinner Monday night.  Really, I just wanted an excuse to use my camera.  Here's the shot I got on automatic:
