Happy Birthday, Marsha!

A Few Things I've Learned From Marsha
  • You don't have to be a blood relative to truly be family.
  • You're hair can be whatever color you want it to be.
  • Attitude matters. Attitude is key. Attitude makes all the difference.
  • You can find really neat stuff at garage sales (if you go to enough of them).
  • Organizing is fun.
  • A lot of times bigger, fluffier, fuzzier, brighter, is better.
  • There is still a place for cow bells.
  • Be open to new adventures...you never know where you'll end up. Don't let fear (or anything for that matter) stop you.
  • Friendships can last decades.
  • Celebrate big things and small things with your kids......from an over-the-top Easter basket to a "special" cupcake, take time out to really celebrate.
  • People still love Lucy.
  • Be yourself. Be happy with and proud of who you are.
  • Find the funny side and laugh loud.....no matter how hard it seems.
Marsha, I hope you have a happy birthday and celebrate all week long! You are the fun, the joy, the confidence, the energy and the creativity that everyone should be so blessed to have in their lives. You make any situation better just by being there. You have such a warm and inviting personality.....you make people immediately feel at ease. You have talents galore. You are the kind of person who makes a difference in people's lives. And we are all the better for knowing you. I love you so much and can't wait for your visit! Counting the days! Happy Birthday!
