Dinner Tonight


Tonight we had sauteed white fish with a raw golden beet and tart apple tarragon slaw over steamed asparagus with a roasted red beet, goat cheese and water cress salad.  YUMMY!!

And for dessert I made Grandmommy's coconut cake in a cupcake form.
