Dinner

Dinner was good tonight! David grilled pork loin marinated in a combination of spices including smoked paprika. It smelled so good we couldn't stand to wait for it to rest (as you can tell by the cutting board.) The pork was juicy and flavorful.  Cooked to a slight pink perfection.  Delicious!!

David and Evan went with the traditional (in our house anyway) broccoli and baked sweet potatoes with a side salad of lettuce and tomato.  I had mine over a sort of Greek style salad (my latest obsession).

Romaine lettuce, tomato, vidalia onion and feta with a vinaigrette made of red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon, fresh oregano, chives, garlic and salt and pepper.  YUMMY!!
