Provincetown, MA

Mom, this post is especially for you. How I wish you could have been there for this part of the trip.  Next time you come out, we will DEFINITELY have to make the long road trip to Provincetown, MA. The drive is nice, the scenery beautiful and the towns are fun. If you come out in September, after the peak season and the kids are back in school, it will still be warm enough to enjoy beach.  You would LOVE it here.

We can take a picnic dinner, chairs, blankets, cameras and sit and listen and sit some more. Maybe even catch a sunset. You would LOVE it here.

I wish we could have stayed longer.  It was the best part of the day.  David sat and let me chase after birds and take hundreds of photos of the waves.

If you don't know where "here" is, let me show you a couple of maps. Here is where we drove on Saturday:

I know I don't even have to describe it. The photos are enough. You know the ocean smell, the sound of the crashing waves, the gusts of the wind.  These photos are for you.

I love you mom. Can't wait for your next New England visit.

Well, I had some extra time today, so I went ahead and made a video.  (I'll be honest with you, I put this on my computer at work and I was having trouble getting the photos to run ... maybe they were too large? So, if you can't get the video to run well, it might work best if you just hit play and then scroll back up and look at the still photos above listening to the sounds.)

I hope so. There is nothing more Romans 1:20 then looking at the ocean all the way out to the skyline. It's amazing. I want you to see it!!
