Steakhouse Salad

Thursday night we had a steakhouse-style salad. Whole romaine drizzled with a vinaigrette and loaded with tomatoes, egg, bacon, chives, crouton crumbs, charred corn and a little feta. Delicious! The corn was sweet and the bacon and cheese were salty. The croutons and romaine gave a nice crunch. It's a meal all in itself.
