Beans For Dinner

I have been craving pinto beans and collard greens, so I finally got around to making them the other day.  I simmered the beans in homemade chicken stock with onion, garlic, collards, chili powder, vinegar and salt and pepper.  Oh, and I threw in a couple of small ham hocks too. Delicious!
