Dash And Ebullience

First day of work I got a 13 page analysis of my personality based on my a test I took a few weeks ago.  It COMPLETELY NAILED my behavior. Hilarious. Either I'm an obvious, easy "type" or this is a really good test. Either way, it's REALLY interesting.

If you read from page 1 to 13, you get a sense that I have a great need for order, comfort and control. Not a surprise, but definitely something work on!

There's lots of good and positive things ... it is for their employees after all, but Page 11 is about the negative ... "When doubtful, insecure or frustrated, Kimberly feels unsure and in danger. Reacts by becoming negative and disagreeable. Is upset by a lack of stability and involvement. Loses ability to be fair-minded and helpful. Usually is prudent and agreeable, but now can keep a stony silence. Feeling threatened, is unable to be objective and fails to listen."

Ouch.  .... oh and yeah, it's true.

"If Kimberly gets overtired and low in vitality, distress is obviously out of hand. Other symptoms could include feeling misunderstood, adopting a victim mentality or exhibiting conduct that results from fear."

"Because Kimberly is so sober-minded, dutiful and consistent, others at times may interpret this as being unsociable, contrary or tedious. Such a dependable style could be misunderstood when a broadly focused and extroverted approach may be indicated. Since a reserved mode of action is not always appropriate, Kimberly may need to shift styles consciously. Find behaviors in other dimensions that show more dash and ebullience and are less likely to be perceived as too particular, too controlling or the like."

It's fascinating to see you so easily spelled out on a page. Good, bad and indifferent. Things to work on ... places to grow ...
